Welcome to TNT Render Studio ("TNT Renders," "TNT Group Ltd.," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.tntrenders.com(the "Website") and any 3D rendering, architectural visualization, animation, virtual staging, drone mapping, LiDAR scanning, or related design services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Website, submitting a project inquiry, or engaging our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our Services.
1 About Us
TNT Render Studio is a 3D architectural rendering company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, providing exterior renderings, interior renderings, 3D modeling, aerial and site visualization, virtual staging, animation, and related services to architects, developers, builders, interior designers, real estate professionals, and homeowners across Canada and internationally.
2 Services
We offer 3D rendering and visualization services including, but not limited to: single-family and multi-family exterior renderings, commercial exterior visualization, backyard suite renderings, residential and commercial interior renderings, 3D floor plans, site plan and aerial renderings, walkthrough animations, VR/360 tours, drone mapping, LiDAR scanning, AR visualization, and custom render packages. The specific scope, deliverables, format, resolution, and turnaround time for each project will be agreed upon with the Client prior to commencement, typically through a quote, proposal, or project agreement.
3 Project Process and Client Submissions
3.1 Source Materials: To begin a project, Clients must provide accurate source materials, which may include CAD drawings, Revit models, architectural plans, elevations, drone photography, site photos, or other reference materials (DWG, RVT, SKP, FBX, OBJ, PDF, or similar formats).
3.2 Material Accuracy: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials, specifications, and information provided are accurate and that they have the legal right to share such materials with us.
3.3 Timelines: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, scope, and the timing of feedback. Delays caused by late feedback, incomplete source materials, or scope changes may extend delivery dates.
3.4 Revisions: Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds as outlined in the project quote. Revisions beyond the agreed scope or structural design changes made after modeling phase approval will be subject to additional fees.
4 Intellectual Property and Ownership
4.1 Client Source Materials: Clients retain ownership of any architectural plans, CAD files, photographs, and source materials provided to us. Clients grant TNT Renders a limited license to use these materials solely for completing the agreed Services.
4.2 Delivered Renderings: Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a license to use the final delivered renderings and animations for their intended business or personal purpose (e.g., marketing, permits, sales, presentations). Unless agreed in writing, TNT Renders retains ownership of intermediate assets, working project files, and underlying 3D models.
4.3 Default Marketing & Portfolio Rights: Unless an NDA or explicit written confidentiality agreement has been executed (Section 4.4), TNT Renders retains the unrestricted right to use all produced renderings, visualizations, animations, and intermediate drafts for its own marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes. This includes use on the Website, social media platforms, digital/print advertising, case studies, and promotional materials, whether the project is active or completed.
4.4 Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) & Confidentiality: If a Client requires that a project or its renders remain confidential and excluded from TNT Renders' marketing or portfolio, a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or explicit written confidentiality agreement must be signed by both parties prior to project commencement. Verbal requests, post-delivery requests, or unconfirmed written notes will not prevent TNT Renders from exercising its promotional rights under Section 4.3.
4.5 Attribution & Misrepresentation: Clients may not resell, sublicense, or represent TNT Renders' work as created by another studio or individual without our prior written consent.
5 Payment, Fees, and Deliverables
5.1 Fees: Payment terms, deposits, and fee structures will be detailed in the project invoice or proposal.
5.2 Watermarks & Final Delivery: Draft previews and intermediate renders will contain watermarks. Final high-resolution, unwatermarked files will only be released upon payment in full of all outstanding project balances.
5.3 Cancellations: If a Client cancels a project after commencement, the Client remains responsible for payment covering all work completed up to the date of written cancellation notice. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
6 Client Responsibilities & Disclaimers
6.1 Third-Party Rights: Clients warrant that all submitted materials do not infringe on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
6.2 Review & Verification: Clients are responsible for verifying that final renderings accurately reflect their design intent prior to using them for construction, permits, or marketing. TNT Render Studio visualizations are artistic representations and are not intended to serve as certified construction or engineering drawings.
7 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
7.1 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNT Render Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Services or Website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to TNT Render Studio for that specific project.
7.2 Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TNT Render Studio from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from Client's breach of these Terms or unauthorized use of third-party IP provided to us.
8 Third-Party Links and Website Use
8.1 External Links: The Website may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn). TNT Renders is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.
8.2 Permitted Use: Users may not use the Website for unlawful purposes, to transmit malicious software, or to scrape content without permission.
9 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
10 Changes to These Terms
TNT Renders reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Website or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
